The WSET Level 2 Award in Wines is perfect for anyone looking to expand their wine knowledge and tasting skills while earning an internationally recognized qualification from the Wine & Spirits Education Trust.

This course equips you with the expertise to confidently describe and compare wines made from key grape varieties, both globally and regionally. You'll also learn to interpret wine labels from the world's major wine-producing regions, offer guidance on wine selection and service, and master the essentials of wine tasting and evaluation.

By completing this course, you'll gain practical skills and knowledge to elevate your professional confidence, whether you're advancing in the wine industry or simply deepening your personal appreciation of wine.

This online course runs over 5 weeks.

The online course includes:

• Your WSET Level 2 Study pack.

• Access to our online learning resources, WSET study book, group online class sessions.

• Recordings of course material for any missed sessions (Q+A is not recorded)

• Weekly online class sessions with local WSET expert tutor (5 weeks)

• Exam by remote invigilation with the option of attending an exam at our exams centres.

It is expected that participants taste widely from the curriculum during the course. A tasting list will be made available, and a tasting pack is available for purchase. However, there is no tasting exam for this award.
